Delivery
UK Orders
We provide complimentary, fully insured delivery for all UK orders, typically via Royal Mail or DHL. Please note that your parcel will require a signature upon delivery, and tracking information will be sent on the day of dispatch.
International Orders
We offer fully insured delivery for all international orders, generally via DHL. Similar to UK orders, your parcel will need a signature upon delivery, and tracking information will be provided on the day of dispatch.
Please be aware that international orders may incur customs duties or taxes. Any charges will be the buyer’s responsibility and should be handled directly with the chosen courier. You will receive contact from the courier during the shipping process, and any fees must be settled before the goods can be released for delivery. Please note that we cannot declare items below their sale value or mark them as gifts.
In-Store Collection
You are welcome to collect your orders in-store by appointment only during our opening hours. Please ensure you bring photo ID and proof of purchase for collection.
Returns & Refunds
We’re confident you’ll love your purchase, but we also understand the need for peace of mind when shopping online. That’s why we offer a 14-day returns period from the date of receipt, allowing you to receive a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@chronometri.com to obtain a returns reference. Items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. Upon receipt, our in-house experts will inspect all returned items to verify their condition.
Each item sold has undergone a rigorous quality inspection to meet our high standards. However, in the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty, Chronometri will issue a full refund or exchange. Please note that this policy does not cover faults or damages caused by neglect, accident, or misuse.
Once we inspect the item(s) and confirm their condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. You’ll receive confirmation via email, and please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, and any damage incurred during transit is the sender’s liability. We recommend using an insured shipping service for your returns. Please note that any customs or duty charges incurred at the time of the original order are final and will not be refunded by us; claims must be made directly with the courier.
